The Mezzanine
Situated above our main co-working space, the mezzanine is a separate warm, open space with a welcoming ambiance. High ceilings, large skylights and cosy furniture accumulate into a space that continues to be connected to the overall site whilst giving you the chance to focus and connect without distractions.

Our mezzanine has played host to a diverse range of events and conferences, serving local communities and businesses alike. From network conferences and team-building workshops, to yogas, fashion shows and choir performances, our space has been the backdrop for countless successful gatherings.







The Perks
Our mezzanine is available to hire both in and out of office hours and gains you access to more than just the space. You and your attendees will benefit from:

High-speed private wi-fi - seamless connectivity for presentations, streaming, and design softwares

On-site amenities - use of our kitchenette, stocked with complimentary tea, filter coffee, and biscuits, as well as the communal lounge area for breaks

On-site resources for all occasions - flip charts, a smart TV, and monitors are available upon request

Free Parking - Lifework has its own carpark on site, making it easy for parties of all sizes to park with little fuss ​​and no fees

On-site Community Manager (during office hours) - Our team will be with you in every step of planning your event. If you have hired the mezzanine during office hours, our on-site Community Manager will be on hand to support you and your team with whatever you need throughout the day.​

Hartley Farm: Café, Restaurant and Farm Shop - fancy treating you and your team to lunch or needing private catering? The Hartley Farm site boasts various delicious menus and are always happy to work with Lifework to ensure your event is both successful and delicious.​
Prices & How to Book
For parties of 5+, the cost of hiring the mezzanine is as follows:
£140 + VAT = Half Day (4 hours)
£220 + VAT = Full Day (8 hours)
