Join our team for a post-work taster session across the field at Rustiq. During this 50 minute session, Rustiq founder, Fran, will work with lifework members on mobility, general strength and stamina.

 

Rustiq is an indoor/outdoor gym space based at Church Farm, just next door to lifework. Lifework members benefit from a healthy 20% discount on morning, lunchtime and evening group training sessions.
